Booking and refund conditions

booking Conditions

  • A deposit of 20 € is due at the time of booking kitesurf lessons. The remaining balance of the number of hours booked is due upon arrival.
  • A deposit of 15 € is due at the time of booking Stand-Up Paddle (Tour). The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
  • If you can no longer travel due to Covid-19, either because borders are closed and/or lockdown rules are being implemented in either Portugal or your country of origin. In this instance, the deposit is non-refundable, and you will have the choice of free rescheduling.

Refund Conditions

  • In the case of students not being able to complete the hours of kitesurfing lessons of their purchase, because of bad weather or lack of wind we can exchange the lesson for a Stand-Up Paddle (tour) or have a refund.

  • In the case of students not being able to complete the hours of their purchase packages due to cancellation for medical conditions (a doctor’s note must be provided) during the days of their stated availability, the amount paid for the packages will be refundable.
